Discord Server Creation

I design fully turn-key Discord servers for romance authors, PAs, shared worlds, creators, and reader groups.

Each setup includes bots, roles, rules, archives, and customizable layouts—built for efficiency, connection, and future growth. Whether you're launching a series, looking to diversify, move away from meta, or running a reader hub, your community will have room to thrive.

I create the server and transfer ownership.

I jump into your existing Discord and turn the chaos into clarity.

Whether it’s messy channels, clunky bots, or roles no one understands, I’ll clean it up and rebuild it so it actually works for you and your people.

Discord Server Moderation Services

Tier 1: GhostLight
Perfect for quiet servers or authors with smaller server needs.

Monitor 1-2 channels for spam, rule-breaking, or spoilers
Up to 30 mins of moderation daily
Light engagement (responding to simple questions, emojis, etc.)
24-48 hr response time to tags/messages

Tier 2: Graveheart
For busy book groups or regular promo/chat needs.

Monitor up to 5 channels
Up to 1 hour/day active moderation
Moderate live events (e.g., release parties or Q&As) 1x/month

Price per document. Includes a customized sheet, form, or document that is then transferred to you for ownership.

Hosting Parties, Hops, Takeovers, Etc.

Pricing is per party. Includes chat creation, Google Drive resource file creation for participants, sending and removing mods, closing giveaways, graphics (participating authors graphic, welcome posts, and winner graphic), sharing of event signup. This will be in your group or the group of your choice, and if you need help finding group options we can make that happen too.

Carrd Site Creation

Depends on complexity and if stock photos are needed or provided. Template setups without data input are cheaper and allow you an easier process when learning and setting up Carrd

You will need a card account with equal element access. This is extremely affordable for those who can't justify a full website at this time.

Promo Graphics Packs

Your choice of graphics (examples: new release/release day, coming soon, quotes, guess the title, countdowns, reveals, teasers, or sneak peeks).

Read & Content Pull

Price varies based on word count.

Per book, bundles can be made. I have a waitlist I can add you to - just DM.

Includes quotes, excerpts, teasers, hashtags, TikTok scene ideas, and a typo/error thread. I do not have KU for reading purposes. This is in a document that will be transferred to you for ownership, and graphics add-ons can be discussed.

Does not include graphics or TikTok content creation.

ARC Team Management

For new teams: One-time, flat-fee initial setup.

Includes: sign-up form, promotion, review links sheet, creating Facebook groups and/or chats, sending ARCs, 1 post a week, posting error/spoiler thread, tracking, and follow-up with readers.

Anything else within reason* or choose an ARC/Street combo

Street Team Management

Managing group and/or chat, 1 to 2 posts per week, tracking shares, sign-up form, promotion, review links sheet.

Alpha/Beta Team Management

Track reader progress, follow up with readers, promote open spots, and create sign-up forms.

This includes sensitivity reader coordination if needed but does not include any paid Alpha, Beta, or sensitivity readers.

Sync Kit Creation

A sync kit typically includes details like expectations, needs, schedules, goals, urgent priorities, backlist information, covers, logos, messaging guidelines, communication style, speed preferences, and more.

Sync kits are a valuable tool for authors to enhance efficiency when onboarding new PAs or service providers. It streamlines the onboarding process by clearly communicating expectations and boundaries. Additionally, it helps authors and their teams stay organized.

Google Drive Organization

Depends on backlist size and media needs. I will organize your branding, graphics, covers, promo information, spreadsheets, team resources, PA resources, and more into appropriate files so you can breathe easier at night.

Newsletter Management

Per newsletter.
Does not include stock photos, or graphics.
Includes newsletter drafting (you must provide any sales, promotions, or personal content), and send-out.

Optional add-ons:

Newsletter swap management.
Finding builders, entry fees are covered by the client.

Schedule Management

Want to sign up for things and run away? With RRAS schedule management all you need to do is pick your spot in bookish events and send the event to me. From there I will add the event and event details to a Google Calendar.

Why Google Cal? It's free and allows us to schedule in the event timezone and then anyone with calendar access will see the events, and the time reflects their own time zones. It is super handy and can be integrated anywhere.

Audiobook Proofing

Full proofing service including detailed error notes, time-stamped highlights, and critical feedback on inconsistencies, misreads, pacing, and tone. Ensures your final audio matches the manuscript with professional accuracy and polish.

I will not proof AI generated voices of books.

Details:

Flat rates are available for multi-book projects, based on total wordcount.
- Service exchanges may be considered.
- Should clients choose to send paperbacks I will post all about them and share them out in the wild on threads that your work fits in. This does not count as an official service or product exchange unless discussed.
One-off proofing is charged hourly at 15/finished hour.
- This means your finished run time + a base fee of 20/audiobook will be your total.
Note: Full ebook content pulls can be added on if you would like me to read in a G-Doc or with an ebook provided by you. This is either text pulls or screenshots of my highlights.
